3003-H14 Aluminum
Ductwork & enclosures
The HVAC industry standard for duct fabrication. Most formable common aluminum — excellent for brake bending, seaming, and riveting. Low cost and corrosion resistant, making it the default sheet metal for residential and commercial ductwork.
C122 Copper
Refrigerant lines & heat exchangers
DHP copper is the standard for brazed refrigerant lines and heat exchanger tubes. The phosphorus content enables clean silver brazing without flux contamination — critical for sealed refrigerant circuits in air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
6063-T52 Aluminum
Conduit & structural framing
6063 is used for electrical conduit, equipment mounting frames, and duct support structures in commercial HVAC installations. Lightweight, corrosion resistant, and available in a wide range of extruded structural shapes.
New to HVAC fabrication?
Start with 3003-H14for ductwork — it’s the industry standard and the most cost-effective option. Add C122 copper for refrigerant lines and 6063 for structural framing.
