Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING DELIVERY OPTIONS?

We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

Shipping Charges

Shipping is charged as its own line, priced by weight from your ship-to ZIP code and shown in your cart before checkout. Orders of $2,000 and up get 50% off shipping; orders of $5,000 and up ship free. An order with a piece 96 inches or longer gets the 50% off but never ships free. When a live carrier rate is not available, the shipping line is an estimate and is marked as one. Orders have a $100 minimum: an order under $100 is billed at $100..

We ship to the contiguous 48 United States only. Alaska and Hawaii are not available for shipping. Orders typically ship in 1–2 days from Southern California: parcel-size orders via FedEx or UPS Ground; pieces too long, too wide or too heavy for parcel carriers by freight truck, quoted before payment. We ship a single piece up to 16 feet; longer stock is cut to 16 feet or less at no charge. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary based on carrier availability and destination.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We do not offer international shipping.

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations. Shipping is available to the contiguous 48 United States only.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If your order is delayed, we will notify you by email with an updated timeline. Delays may occur due to supplier availability, carrier disruptions, or other factors outside our control. We do not guarantee delivery dates.
