6063-T52 Aluminum
Racking, mounting frames & rails
6063 is the solar industry standard for panel mounting systems. Excellent extrusion properties, corrosion resistant for decades of outdoor exposure, and lightweight. Most solar racking installed worldwide is 6063 aluminum.
C110 Copper
Bus bars & grounding
ETP copper is used for DC bus bars connecting panels to inverters, grounding systems per NEC, and junction box connections. 101% IACS conductivity ensures minimal power loss across long solar array runs.
6061-T6 Aluminum
Structural supports & tracker frames
6061 is used for solar tracker pivot structures, ground mount posts, and heavy-duty racking where 6063's strength isn't sufficient. Higher yield strength for longer spans between supports and single-axis tracker assemblies.
